Join our amazing team and work in one of South East Queensland's premier aquatic venues. Our Junior Lifeguard program for 16 and 17 year olds, has been designed to develop students into confident, well trained pool lifeguards. Each lifeguard is closely mentored by one of our senior staff. 


 You'll love the outdoors, be fit and healthy and enjoy a high-paced environment. Our team is passionate, supportive and professional but most importantly great fun to be around. 


Once qualified, our industry leading training structure will ensure you maintain and develop skills in emergency response, communication, teamwork and conflict resolution. 


A lifeguarding role is perfect for those planning study in paramedicine, nursing, policing, defence etc or for those who love an active lifestyle and are sports minded. 

Requirements

  • Current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award includes - up to date CPR & Defibrillator. Our training company has courses available each month. (** You must be 16 to obtain this qualification)


  • Senior First Aid. Our training company has courses available each month. 
  • Blue card 


General Responsibilities will include but not be limited to 


  • Supervision of the water 
  • Cleaning 
  • Crowd management 
  • Emergency Response 
  • Meet & greet patrons - representing our Company and Ipswich City Council. 


The Process:


- Send your resume along with a cover letter. Be sure to tell us why you want to join our team. 

- Interviews will take place in early August. 

- Paid inductions and on-the-job training to commence once qualified.
